25ml Pressed Apple Juice
20ml Gomme Syrup
4 Lime Wedges
6 Apple Wedges (Granny Smith)

Muddle Gomme, Limes and Apple Wedges. Add remaining ingredients, shake and pour into a tall glass with crushed ice.
